Appearance of Empty Bottle: At first glance, the bottle may appear empty; however, we assure you that it is not. Botulinum toxins are mostly delivered in powdered form (except for products like Innotox). The powder is very fine and might be mistaken for an empty bottle. We guarantee that the correct amount is provided. You will need to dilute the toxin with saline before use.

Melted Ice During Shipping: When ordering botulinum toxins, please be aware that during the summer season, despite proper packaging, products may arrive warm or even hot. Based on our experience and test results, the product's effectiveness may reduce by up to 10%. Please consider this information carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

Storing Diluted Product: Once opened and mixed, botulinum toxin products are recommended to be used within 24 hours, according to the product description. However, based on medical advice, it is still best to use the units as soon as possible. If you have remaining toxin after the initial use, it may be stored and used for up to one month, but its effectiveness may decrease by up to 10%. Always store diluted toxins in the refrigerator.
 

 Botulax 300 unit is comprised of over 99% highly active botulinum neuroprotein, with a total mass of 900. This advanced formula is designed to target the underlying causes of expression wrinkles by moderating the muscle activities that lead to skin folds, creases, and facial lines.

Administration Protocol:

Supplies Needed:

• Botulax botulinum toxin 300U vial
• 1 mL syringes with 20 gauge needles (for drawing up) and 30G 0.5-inch needles (for injection)
• 0.9% sodium chloride (saline), preferably bacteriostatic/preserved
• Alcohol pads, gauze, ice packs, topical anesthetic (optional), marker/pencil (optional), sharps container

Injection Preparation:

• Sanitize hands and don medical gloves.
• Remove the plastic cap from the Botulax vial.
• Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol pad.
• Draw up 6.0 ml of room-temperature sterile saline for a 300U vial.
• Insert the needle into the Botulax vial's rubber stopper and add the saline.
• Swirl gently to mix; avoid shaking. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes before use.

Procedure Technique:

• Cleanse and mark the treatment area.
• Customize injections based on dynamic assessment and patient-specific factors.

Specific Treatments:

• Frown Lines: Deep injections at the bony origin of medial corrugator, avoid causing eyelid ptosis.
• Crow’s Feet: Intradermal injections, careful to avoid the zygomatic muscles.
• Forehead Lines: Subdermal injections, maintain at least 2 cm above the brows.
• Brow Lift: Superficial injections just below the brow.
• Lower Eyelid: A single intradermal injection lateral to the mid-pupillary line.
• Bunny Lines: Intradermal injections targeted at the bunny-line area.
• Nasal Tip Elevation: Subdermal injections at the base of the columella.
• Gummy Smile: Treat with two sessions targeting upper-lip elevators.
• Perioral Wrinkles: Superficial dermal injections, can be combined with hyaluronic acid.

Post-Injection Care:

• Minimize bruising and avoid specific activities post-procedure.
• Stay upright for up to 3 hours after injection.

Storage and Reconstitution:

• Store the powder form in a refrigerator.
• Reconstitute with either preservative-free or bacteriostatic/preserved saline according to dilution protocols for optimal concentration.
• Storage: Keep at 2 ~ 8 °C in a hermetically sealed container.
